Processing & Shipping Time:
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days
- Standard shipping time: 6-12 business days
- Total delivery window: 7-14 business days
- Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding holidays
Shipping Carriers: We use trusted shipping carriers to ensure your order arrives safely and on time.
Tracking Information:
- Tracking numbers are provided via email once your order ships
- Allow 24-48 hours for tracking to become active
Shipping Guarantee:
- If your order hasn't arrived within 4 weeks (31 days) from the shipping date, we'll happily reship your order at no additional cost
- Contact our customer service team at support@tryoryan.com with your order number to arrange reshipment
Order Issues:
- Missing packages must be reported within 30 days of the order date
- Contact customer service immediately if your package shows as delivered but hasn't arrived
Additional Notes:
- We are not responsible for shipping delays due to customs, weather, or carrier issues
- Address changes cannot be made once an order has shipped
- Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout
